De Beyrouth Family Holiday Gathering

A joint cocktail with our Rotary Club de Beyrouth and our sister clubs, Rotaract Club de Beyrouth Millenium and Rotaract Club de Beyrouth USJ. It was a pleasure to spend time with our Rotarians and enjoy some delicious bites at Tawlet, Mar Mikhael.

We look forward to our continued legacy together, partnership and fellowship going forward to make a bigger impact.

Annual Christmas Dinner

This year, our club's Christmas Dinner was hosted by our Director of Professional Development, Georges Chami, in Bhamdoun. After a delicious dinner in which every person shared their favorite dish, we opened our Secret Santa gifts and celebrate our Director of Club Service, Elias Abi Najem's birthday. We were also joined by family members from the national team who completed this holiday season's celebration.

We look forward to more years and events of joy and support within our De Bey Family.

De Bey Fam Saturday Brunch

What better way is there to end an early morning community service project than with a yummy brunch. On the 26th of November, following our visit to the Afel center, the club enjoyed each other's company while catching up and discussing bubbling future project ideas.

Swing it With De Beyrouth

De Beyrouth swung by Zaaroun on Sunday, November 6 and enjoyed a day full of adventurous team building activities. The club enjoyed team building activities, full of action and adventure, followed by a picnic evening of yummy burgers, cozy hammocks, and camping gear in nature.

Despite one team winning the competitions of the day, Swings generously awarded the club with a camping night stay which we are so excited for.

See you soon Swings!

Clay Sculpting Night

After a long day, the club unwinded by displaying their creative clay sculpting skills at The Olive Grove. Some very interesting creations were presented. This activity was made possible through the support of the Visual Arts Club. The Visual Arts Club from AUB provided the materials and tips to make our creations come to life.

Meet & Greet

In a radiant collaboration with Rotaract Club of Beirut Center and Rotaract Club of Chouf, members from clubs all across Lebanon came together on September 23 at Union Marks to enjoy a chilled night of drinks, music, and chats. This project presented a great opportunity to meet, make interest connections, and plan so many potential plans together.

Bowling Night

If you have met De Beyrouth's family members, you know we are people driven with passion and the most beautiful competitive spirit. The club played a fun bowling game on the night of September 14 and had a nice breather together after a week of work and studies.

Camping تحت القمر

What's better than kicking off the Rotarian year with a beautiful club service bringing together clubs from all over Lebanon enjoying a beautiful camping experience and sunrise together.

In this annual collaboration with Rotaract Tripoli El-Mina and Rotaract Zgharta Zawieh, the camping event took place in 1850 Btelaya - Heresh Eden, on August 13-14. We enjoyed fresh air, good company, and a warm bonfire, the 3 essentials of camping; along with a starry night under a full moon.

Camping عاللبناني

Camping عاللبناني was a collaboration with Rotaract club Tripoli El Mina and Rotaract club of Zgharta. We spent a weekend together in the wonderful nature of Ehden. We camped, ate, danced, laughed, and played. It was the perfect getaway in the middle of a crisis.

Hike منجتمع

That is how we meet. On this day, we met other fellow Rotaractors and met with mother nature. We hiked with the Rotaract Club of Keserwan and Beirut center in "Wadi el Salib." The weather was perfect, and the view was mesmerizing. After the hike, we had a delicious lunch to replenish the lost calories, and we then joined Rotaract Sahel el Matn for drinks and sunset viewing. All in all, the day was packed with smiles, laughs, and good vibe.

Caving in Akoura

We love getting to meet people and exploring our beautiful country simultaneously. Rotaract club de Beyrouth organized an adventurous day in collaboration with Rotaract Beirut Center. We started the day with a simple Lebanese breakfast. We then went caving in an impressive privately owned cave in Akoura and ended our trip with a hike to "Saydit Akoura". We got adventurous and connected with nature on different levels on this day.

Christmas Dinner

The Christmas dinner is one of our most awaited annual events. Our beloved Elie Bassil hosts us every single year! On this night, everyone comes prepared with a dish in one hand and a small gift in the other. Food, games, dancing moves, gifts, and love meet together. COVID made it hard for us this year, but we still managed to pull off one of the funniest and most heartfelt nights.

Ghostume Party

Halloween this year was out of this world. Our PL Jana Fadlallah planned a whole event with many games and surprises. On this night, we laughed, played, joked, and danced, and it was fun and exciting. Naim impressed us all with his three-layered costume, and he won the competition for the best costume among all the attendees. Thank you Joud Soutou jewelry,  Phone cave,  Sako socks, and  Jellylicious for providing our winners with the best gifts!

Team Building vs Team Challenging?

What is better than sports to create a bond between the members?
This team-building event was part of the master plan of our dear President Zina. The club got divided into committees that competed against each other. It was fun seeing the other face of the members when the competition was tight.
The goal was to tighten the bond between the participants and create a winning mindset.

Valentines Day!

Friendship, family, and love. These are the only words that can describe our club's bond.
This night was unforgettable, and the food was out of this world. Jana, Celeste, and Stephanie (Our outstanding members) invited us to their hometown, cooked for us, showered us with customized notes, and made us all feel at home!

Laser Tag

Rotaract club de Beyrouth loves meeting other fellows Rotaractors. We played laser tag with our dear Rotaract club Beirut Center. We will leave it up to you to guess who won, it was an entertaining and competitive night!

Exploring Saida

Discovering a traditional lebanese gem, Saida! It felt like walking through a story with all those buildings, streets, and faces talking to you without even using words. No highlight to this experience like the smell of local food, perfumes, the sea while walking the old market and soap, oh that magical museum!

A Weekend in Ehden

This weekend was magnificent. In the middle of a snowstorm, we went for a getaway with the club to enjoy the wonderful town of Ehden. We partied, drank, played games, laughed, and skipped bedtime. The next day we went for a traditional Lebanese breakfast and wandered the streets of the white-dressed town.

Karaoke

This Karaoke night was a much-needed event with one of our dearest clubs, Rotaract Club of Saida. On this night, we sang our hearts and souls out. It was pretty painful for other people's ears but certainly super fun for us!
